Mobile Commerce Daily has named the Express mobile commerce website one of its “Top 15 mobile commerce-enabled Web destinations of 2010.”
FlooiD Interactive worked with Express to port their existing e-commerce platform into a smartphone-optimized, lightning-fast shopping experience. This included the UI design, Information Architecture, as well as building a fully-formed and fully-functional prototype delivered to the Express development vendor for implementation.
By building the site upon its existing commerce engine, Express is able to keep all future development and management of the site in-house, rather than relying on a third party vendor. This also means that content and marketing updates can be applied immediately and internally by Express.
The seamless integration between platforms allows users to experience real-time inventory, asynchronous user accounts and wish list functionality, as well as the peace of mind that all transactions are occurring on Express’s secure servers.
